A very warm welcome to Hengistbury Head Sailing Club. We are a unique, friendly Sailing Club aimed towards adults and over 12-year-olds who simply want to sail and hone their sailing skills, whether rusty or having just learnt. No need to own a boat and at limited cost to the individuals concerned. Just one condition – to join, you need to be able to sail to RYA Level 2 or equivalent. However we do offer TASTER SESSIONS – see below

If you’ve never sailed before or want to brush up on your skills, are able-bodied and 18 or over, we offer a TASTER sailing session where you will sail with our club members during one of our regular sailing sessions, at a cost of £25.00 each. Contact [email protected] for more information.

• We provide the boats.
• No fancy sailing clothing is required.
• Friendly, helpful guidance given in all sessions.
• All sailing is covered by an experienced sailor or qualified instructor with full safety boat cover.
• There is a great ethos of helping each other on and off the water.
